Return and Refund Policy

– We comply with Swedish law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Under EU consumer law, you always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. At ICONCUPS we offer a simple return process with a fixed return shipping fee of 99 SEK (≈ 9 € / 100 NOK).

We want you to feel confident when shopping at ICONCUPS. Please read our terms below before making a return.


 

Right of Withdrawal within the EU & Norway – 14 Days

 


You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unused products in their original condition – with intact labels, packaging, and no visible signs of use.


 

How to Make a Return

 


Please contact us by email at info@iconcups.com to register your return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label by email along with instructions. The return shipping cost is 99 SEK (≈ €9) and will be deducted from your refund.


Important: Always return the item in the same shipping carton in which it was delivered. Do not use the product box or gift packaging as the outer packaging. Returns that do not comply with these instructions may be refused or subject to a deduction from your refund.


Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Item

 


Please check your order upon delivery. If something is wrong – e.g. damaged goods, wrong item, or a manufacturing defect – contact us as soon as possible. Please include photos if you can.

We cover the cost of return shipping for approved claims.


 

Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal

 


We do not accept returns of:

 

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items missing labels or markings

  • Gift cards

 


 

Exchanges

 


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to exchange a product, please first make a return and then place a new order for the desired item.


 

Refunds

 


As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used at checkout. Refunds are normally issued within 5–7 business days after the return has been approved.

Please note that it may take a few additional days before the amount appears in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@iconcups.com.


 

Refunds in Currencies Other than SEK

 


If you purchased in a currency other than Swedish kronor (SEK), we will always refund the exact SEK amount you were originally charged.

Please note: exchange rate fluctuations or fees from your bank or payment provider may affect the final amount shown on your account statement.

 

Norwegian Customers

For Norwegian customers, the same return conditions apply as above.

Return shipping cost: 99 SEK (converted to NOK at checkout).

We refund the product price, the original shipping cost, and Norwegian VAT (25%) through our VOEC registration.


If you have paid customs duties for an order over 3000 NOK, these customs fees are not refundable by us. Please contact Tolletaten (Norwegian Customs) directly to request a refund of any customs charges.
