Shipping & Delivery

We offer secure and trackable shipping within Sweden, Norway and the EU. Below you will find all the information you need before placing your order.


Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on orders over 995 SEK (≈ €90).

 

The shipping cost is 149 SEK within Sweden.

For Norway, the same shipping amount applies, but it will be displayed in NOK at checkout.

For other EU countries, the shipping cost is 14 EUR.

Norway:

  • Norwegian VAT (25%) is included in the price through our VOEC registration.
  • For orders under 3000 NOK, no customs duties apply.
  • For orders over 3000 NOK, customs charges may be added upon delivery.

 

 

Delivery Area

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • All EU countries

We currently do not deliver outside the EU, with the exception of Norway.


 

Delivery Time

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries & Norway: 4–9 business days

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.


 

Shipping Method

We work with well-established shipping companies such as PostNord, DHL, and similar providers. Delivery is made to the nearest service point or directly to your door, depending on your address and country.


 

Important Delivery Information

  • Please ensure that the address you provide when placing your order is correct. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information. 

  • ICONCUPS mugs are carefully packed in their original gift box, which is then placed inside a protective outer carton to ensure that each product arrives safely and in perfect condition.

    When making a return, please use the same outer carton and avoid placing the return label directly on the original packaging.

 

 

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, you will be charged a fee for return and shipping costs (currently 248 SEK ≈ €23, i.e. 149 SEK shipping + 99 SEK return fee), which will be deducted from your refund.

For Norway, the same return and shipping fees apply (248 SEK). Norwegian VAT will be refunded as long as the return meets VOEC requirements and the VAT can be reclaimed in our next VOEC filing.
