These terms apply between you, the consumer, and ICONCUPS when you visit, use, or make a purchase on our website www.iconcups.com. The terms apply regardless of your country of residence, as long as you are shopping as a private individual.
2. Products and Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, unless otherwise specified. When shopping from other countries, prices may be displayed in your local currency depending on your selected market, (e.g., NOK for Norway, EUR for EU countries). Shipping costs are added according to the information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right for potential typographical errors, out-of-stock items, or technical issues that may affect the information on the website.
3. Orders and Payment
When you complete a purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with ICONCUPS. An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email once the purchase is completed. We offer secure payments through Shopify Payments, Klarna, and other approved payment providers.
To make a purchase at ICONCUPS, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to most countries within the EU and Norway. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full information regarding shipping costs, delivery times, and handling.
For Norwegian customers: For orders exceeding 3000 NOK, customs duties may be applied upon delivery.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act and Norwegian consumer legislation.For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

5.1 Norwegian Customers
VOEC number: 3039382
ICONCUPS is registered for VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) in Norway. Norwegian VAT (25%) is collected at the time of purchase and is included in all prices displayed in NOK.
For orders under 3000 NOK, no customs duties apply.
For orders over 3000 NOK, customs duties may be applied and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
Norwegian customers are covered by Norwegian consumer legislation and have the same rights as EU customers under the EEA Agreement.
6. Personal Data and Privacy
By using our website, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. We only collect the data necessary to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
